Conference Fee

Participants may register for one or two days at the conference.

  • The conference fee for TII members (including HU UAS Utrecht and her partners) is € 350 (for one day: € 250).
  • The conference fee for other participants is € 550 (for one day: € 350).
  • A special conference fee of € 250 is available for conference presenters, and for the second delegate upwards registering from the same organization.
    The conference fee covers admission to the conference, all documentation, lunch and refreshments on each day, as well as the conference dinner and the pre-conference programme.

Accommodation

Please visit the TII conference website www.tii.org (>logistical information) for a list of suggested hotels in the vicinity of the conference venue. A booking can made directly with the hotel of your choice or through Bakker & Schnabel at agency rates.

Accessible Utrecht / Public transport

Utrecht has a compact historic centre which is easy to navigate by bike or on foot. Bikes can be hired at various places. The city  is easily accessible by train (Utrecht Centraal station), express tram (Utrecht Centraal stop) or bus (stops throughout the city) for those coming from outside of the city.  If you come by car, you can avail of one of the P+R locations around the city (slimutrechtin.nl). You can also park your car in the city centre in one of the seven Interparking car parks (interparking.nl/utrecht).(Public) Transportation: 

  • From Utrecht Central Station you can either take a bus, tram or a taxi.

  • Tickets:
    Single tickets can be purchased in the bus (cash payment only), or if you need to travel frequently during your stay,  you can consider to purchase an U-OV- day ticket Utrecht.
    With the U-OV Utrecht day ticket you can travel one or more day(s) within the city of Utrecht, including Leidsche Rijn (zones 5000, 5914, 5915, 5010, 5111 and 5120).
    The U-OV day tickets are only sold at the customer service of U-OV and at the Service Point of U-OV in the hall of Utrecht Central Station.

Prices of the U-OV Utrecht day tickets are:

  • € 6 - (1 day)
  • € 8, - (2 days)
  • € 10, - (3 days)
  • € 12, - (4 days)
  • € 13.50 (5 days)
